We never guarantee approval for disability, employment, or school determinations — the receiving agency, employer, or school ultimately decides what evidence it accepts.
Screening measures such as the ASRS inform — but never by themselves establish — a diagnosis. Every conclusion is formed by your clinician through interview, observation, functional history, and validated measures, with limitations and contradictory evidence stated plainly.
School-eligibility evaluations (IEP/IDEA) require additional procedures beyond this service; our college product documents functional limitations and potential supports for consideration by your institution.

What is a clinician-led evaluation?
It is an assessment carried out by a licensed clinician: a structured interview, validated questionnaires interpreted together, and an individualized written report. It is not an automated quiz and not a questionnaire printout.
Do I need a referral to begin?
No. You can start the intake and complete your questionnaires without a referral. Your clinician will tell you at intake whether any records would help your case.
Are the evaluations online?
Yes. Every evaluation is telehealth: you complete validated questionnaires in your secure account and meet a clinician by video. You need a private space, a stable connection and a camera.
Which evaluation is right for me?
The five evaluations differ by purpose: diagnostic questions (ADHD, PTSD), functional documentation (disability, workplace, academic). If you are unsure, start with the closest fit and your clinician will confirm at intake.
How much does it cost?
Standard prices range from $495 to $695 depending on the evaluation. Each evaluation also has a normal range for complexity; your clinician confirms any change before it applies.
Who can see my results?
Only you and your clinical team. Nothing is released to a school, employer, agency or family member without your written consent.
