01 · Who this is for

Who this assessment is for

This evaluation is designed for adults whose difficulties have followed them across settings and years — not a bad week.

  • You have struggled for years to sustain attention, finish tasks, or stay organized.
  • You were told you “just need to try harder” and want a clinical answer instead.
  • Your focus, restlessness or impulsivity is affecting work, study or relationships.
  • You suspect symptoms were present in childhood, before age 12.
  • You want diagnostic clarification before starting treatment with a prescriber or therapist.
  • A clinician, school or employer has asked for documentation of your symptoms.

02 · What the assessment covers

What this assessment covers

The evaluation combines a structured clinical interview with validated measures — interpreted together, never scored in isolation.

  • Core ADHD symptom domains: inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity.
  • Developmental history, including childhood onset and how symptoms changed over time.
  • Functional impairment across work, study, home and relationships.
  • Alternative and co-occurring explanations — anxiety, depression, sleep, trauma, substance use.
  • Validated measures: ASRS v1.1, PHQ-9, GAD-7 and WHODAS 2.0, read in context by a licensed clinician.

Self-report screening tools inform a clinician’s judgment. They do not, on their own, establish a diagnosis or eligibility for any benefit.

03 · What to expect

What to expect

  • Time: a 90-minute video interview, plus validated questionnaires completed in your secure portal beforehand. Most people set aside 2–3 hours in total.
  • Format: fully online. You will need a private space, a stable connection and a device with a camera.
  • Clinician: your interview is conducted by a clinician licensed in your state.
  • Privacy: responses are stored in your secure account and are not shared without your consent.
  • Requirements: no referral is required to begin the intake.

05 · What you receive

What you receive

Smooth stacked stones balanced beside still water in soft morning light

A signed, individualized written report of 8–12 pages. It is written by your clinician — never a questionnaire printout.

  • Clinical interview findings and symptom history.
  • Scores from validated measures, interpreted in context.
  • An analysis of how symptoms affect daily and occupational functioning.
  • Diagnostic impressions, or a clear statement of why a diagnosis is not supported.
  • Recommendations and stated limitations. Delivered as a secure PDF after quality-assurance review.

Report turnaround is confirmed by your clinician at intake.

06 · How to use your results

How to use your results

Your report is documentation you can choose to share — it is not a treatment plan on its own.

  • Share it with your treating therapist or prescriber to inform treatment.
  • Submit it as documentation to a school or employer where relevant — the receiving organization decides what it accepts.
  • Medication and treatment decisions are made by your own treating clinician, not by this evaluation alone.
  • If symptoms are significantly affecting your daily life, arrange ongoing care with a licensed provider.

Honest scope. This evaluation is clinical documentation. Whether it is accepted is decided by the organization that receives it — not by us, and not by a score.

07 · Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does this give me an ADHD diagnosis?

A licensed clinician forms diagnostic impressions through interview, history, observation and validated measures. A self-report screening tool such as the ASRS informs that judgment but never establishes a diagnosis by itself.

How accurate is an online evaluation?

The evaluation uses the same structured interview and evidence-based measures used in in-person settings. Screening instruments are one input; your clinician states the limits of the findings in the report.

How long does the whole process take?

The guided portion is a 90-minute interview plus questionnaires. Your clinician will confirm the timeline for your written report at intake.

How much does it cost?

The standard price is $595, with a normal range of $495–$695 depending on complexity. Your clinician tells you before any additional charge applies.

Who sees my results?

Only you and your clinical team. Nothing is shared with a school, employer or family member without your written consent.

Do I need records or a referral?

No referral is required. Records can be helpful, and your clinician will ask if any are needed for your case.
