02 · What the assessment covers

What this assessment covers

The evaluation focuses on academic functioning alongside symptom and daily-functioning measures.

  • Academic functioning and how symptoms affect study, exams and deadlines.
  • Symptom severity through PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
  • Attention screening through ASRS v1.1.
  • Daily functioning through WHODAS 2.0.
  • Potential academic supports framed as options for consideration.

Self-report screening tools inform a clinician’s judgment. They do not, on their own, establish a diagnosis or eligibility for any benefit.

06 · How to use your results

How to use your results

The report is something you choose to share with your school's support office.

  • Bring it to your school's disability or accessibility services office.
  • Share it with a campus counselor or your own treating provider.
  • The school determines eligibility and which accommodations it grants.
  • This is not an IEP or IDEA school-eligibility evaluation and does not determine legal entitlement to services.

Honest scope. This evaluation is clinical documentation. Whether it is accepted is decided by the organization that receives it — not by us, and not by a score.

07 · Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does this qualify me for academic accommodations?

No evaluation can guarantee that. Your school reviews documentation against its own criteria and decides what it grants.

Is this the same as an IEP evaluation?

No. School-eligibility evaluations under IDEA/IEP require separate procedures beyond this service. This documents functional limitations and potential supports for your institution's consideration.

How much does it cost?

The standard price is $495, with a normal range of $395–$595 depending on complexity.

How long does it take?

The interview is 75 minutes. Your clinician confirms the report timeline at intake.

Will my school be told automatically?

No. The report is released to you, and shared only when you choose to share it.

Can I take it from campus?

Yes — you just need a private space, a stable connection and a camera.
